These terms cover your use of aforestudio.com. The site is run by Sahlia Craig, Afore Studio Pty Ltd ABN 64 702 913 193, trading as Afore Studio. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Working together is covered separately

These terms cover the website only. If we work together, that work is covered by a written proposal and Services Agreement, which set out the scope, fees and terms for your engagement. If anything in these terms conflicts with your Services Agreement, the Services Agreement applies.

The content is general information

The articles, examples and other content on this site are general information about running a business. They're not advice for your specific situation, and they're not legal, financial or tax advice. Before you act on anything you read here, think about whether it fits your business, and get professional advice where you need it.

I work hard to keep the content accurate and up to date, but I can't promise it's complete, current or right for you.

Using the site

Please don't:

  • use the site for anything unlawful
  • try to get into parts of the site, or systems behind it, you're not meant to access
  • upload or send anything harmful, such as viruses or malicious code
  • use the forms to send spam or anything offensive
  • copy or scrape the site's content in bulk.

My content

The text, images, design, logo and other material on this site belong to Afore Studio or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of the content with credit and a link back. Please don't copy, republish or sell it, or use it to train AI models, without my written permission.

What you send me

When you send an enquiry, book a call or subscribe, you're responsible for making sure what you send is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. I'll handle it as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as my booking page, LinkedIn and Instagram. I don't control those sites, and I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Apart from those rights, the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, that comes from using the site, relying on its content, or the site being unavailable.
