What's slowing your business down, and how we fix it
Every engagement is built specifically around your business: how you operate, where you're bleeding time, what you value most, and what will make a real difference. The goal is a business that works better for you.

How every engagement begins
Before I recommend anything, I need to understand your business properly. That means conversations with you and your team, a look at your current tools and workflows, and time spent understanding where things are breaking down. Most owners are surprised by what we find, usually because nobody has ever stopped to map it.
What comes next depends on what we find.
Once I know what needs fixing, I come in and implement it. That might mean:
- Designing and implementing operational systems your team can actually follow
- Building automated workflows that eliminate the manual work eating your hours
- Integrating AI tools into your existing processes in a way that sticks
- Writing the SOPs and documentation that live in your head and nowhere else
- Connecting your tool stack so things talk to each other
If it's a build, you and your team get everything documented and walked through, so you can run it without me. If I'm embedded, I keep running and improving things as your business grows.
The scope, the timeline, and the way we work together are shaped by what your business needs, not a package designed for someone else.
The problems I solve
Everything runs through the owner, and the business can't operate without them
Tools that were adopted but never properly integrated, so the team uses them differently or not at all
Manual processes that eat hours and should have been automated long ago
Nothing is documented, so knowledge only lives in one person's head, which makes it a flight risk
New people take months to get up to speed because there's no system to onboard them
AI tools that were bought with good intentions and are now ignored or barely used
Client onboarding, project handovers, and invoicing that happen differently every time
A business that is growing in revenue but not in capacity, because the systems haven't kept up
Is this right for you?
This works well when
- You're a business owner or operator who is ready to change how your business operates, not just explore the idea
- You're ready to actually use what we build, whether that's just you or a whole team
- You're open to being challenged on how things have always been done
It's probably not the right fit if
- The problem in your business is cultural rather than structural, because systems won't fix a team that doesn't want to change
- You're looking for a templated solution or a quick fix
Common questions
What does it cost?
It depends on what your business needs. Once I understand what's going on, you'll get a clear quote before anything starts.
How long does it take?
Some fixes take a couple of weeks. Bigger builds take a few months. We'll agree on a realistic timeline before anything starts.
Do you just give advice, or do you do the work?
I do the work. I don't hand over a report and disappear.
Do you work with the tools I already use?
Usually, yes. I'd rather make your current tools work properly than add new ones. If something isn't right for you, I'll recommend something that fits better.
Do I need a team?
No. I work with solo business owners and business owners running large teams.
Will I end up relying on you?
Only if you want to. Everything I build is documented so you and your team can run it. If you'd rather I stay on and run things with you, I can do that too.
Where are you based?
Brisbane, working with businesses across Australia and internationally. Most of the work happens remotely, with calls when they're useful.
What happens on the first call?
You tell me what's taking up your time; I'll ask a few questions about how things run, your current tools and processes; then we'll talk through what the next step could look like. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
Tell me what's not working.
Book a time that suits you, or send an enquiry and I'll reply within 24 hours.

Book a 30-minute call. You tell me what's taking up your time; I'll ask a few questions about how things run; then we'll talk through what the next step could look like.
