Then we agree on what to fix first. 02 ### Build the engine I set up the automations, connect your tools, and write down how things work. The jobs that have sat on your to-do list for months. Done. 03 ### Make it stick I don't hand over a report and disappear. I make sure it works, that you're comfortable running it, and that it keeps up as you take on more. ## Common questions I don't want to grow a team. Is this still for me? Yes. A lot of the people I talk to want to stay small. The point is to take on more work, or the same work in fewer hours, without hiring anyone. What does it cost? A single fix is a fixed price, agreed on our call before I start. Bigger projects are quoted once I understand what's involved. Ongoing support and fractional work are billed at a monthly fee. How long does it take? A single fix usually takes about a week. Bigger builds take a few weeks. Ongoing support runs month to month. Will you make me switch tools? No. I don't push any particular tools or subscriptions. I'd rather make what you already pay for work properly, and I'll only suggest something new if it genuinely fits. Everything I set up is yours. Will I end up relying on you? Only if you want to. Everything I set up is documented so you can run it yourself. If you'd rather I stay on and keep improving things, I can do that too.
