I've spent over 13 years in consulting and agencies, most recently as CEO of a digital agency, building marketing systems, running operations, and learning what it takes to keep a business going when the growth outpaces the systems. I've been the person who fixes things when they break, who builds the system nobody else has time to build, and who understands that the gap between a business that runs well and one that runs its founder into the ground is almost always a systems and process gap. Over the years, I've worked across marketing, technology, and operations simultaneously. I managed teams, built systems, and watched what happened when businesses grew faster than their infrastructure could support. It usually ends the same way: a burnt-out business owner working harder than ever and getting less done. I've seen the same thing play out in so many businesses. Business owners who started out wanting freedom and flexibility, and ended up working nights and weekends just to keep things running. I want real freedom and flexibility in my own life, and I want to help other business owners get there too. I choose to work with business owners because I care about the people behind the businesses. That's the kind of work that feels meaningful to me… the kind that makes a real difference to someone's life, not just their bottom line. > “To me, business should be about people first, and your business should support your life, not consume it.” Sahlia Craig So I started doing something about it. ## How I work I start by working out where your time is really going. It's often not where you'd expect. What happens next depends on what your business needs. #### Map it, build it, hand it over Sometimes I map it, build it, and hand it over. #### Run it alongside you Sometimes I join the business and run operations alongside you, week to week. #### One automation that runs itself Sometimes it's one automation that takes a whole job off your plate and keeps running on its own. #### Often, a mix Whatever shape it takes, it's built around your business. Whatever shape it takes, I build what's missing: automated workflows, systems your team can follow without you walking them through every step, and AI that actually changes how the business runs instead of becoming another subscription on the credit card. I don't do meetings for the sake of meetings. Most of my work happens through video walkthroughs, shared documents, and direct messages, with calls when they're useful. I also founded [wfhmama.co](https://wfhmama.co), a community and resource hub for mums building businesses from home without a village around them. Because I believe that the businesses we build should support our lives. That belief is baked into every engagement I take on. Outside of work, I'm proof that the things I build actually work.
